How should I store my peptides on arrival?

Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable at room temperature during transit. On arrival, store unopened vials at –20 °C for long-term stability and 4 °C for shorter windows. Keep vials sealed and protected from light until use. See our full handling guide for details.

Because we sell sensitive research materials, we can only accept returns for products damaged in transit or where the lot fails our COA. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and lot information.
